Disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to keep their vendor contact information
current.
Once registered on the District’s Vendor Registration System for the commodity
classes of your choice, your firm will then receive emails notifying you of bid opportunities
in these areas as they become available. The District will make every effort to match each bid
process to at least one category it deems to be suitable. As it may not always be clear as to
which category a good or service would be classified as, the District shall not be responsible
for any damages suffered by a vendor, potential vendor, or any other party, if an e-mail notice
is not sent for a particular process, if an e-mail notice contains an error, or for any
other reason.
Vendors are encouraged to visit our website
on a regular basis to see if they are interested in any bid opportunities that they have
not been notified of. Vendors responding to this competitive process agree to the terms
and conditions of the bid opportunity as issued by the District of Saanich. Submissions
shall not contain any alterations to the posted document other then entering data in the
spaces provided or including attachments as necessary. Participants who alter the document
as issued may be disqualified from this competition.
Addendums
Any and all addendums to bid opportunities will be posted
on the details page of Bid Opportunities posted
on our web site. It is the sole
responsibility of participants to make sure that they are in receipt
of all addendums prior to Tender closing.
To acknowledge receipt of each addendum, each addendum number issued
must be noted in the participant’s submission,
with a signature of an authorized representative of your organization, as being received.
