The Objective of this Proposal call is to receive the best value in multipurpose photocopiers for Saanich. To help in our assessment of the machines, we may request demonstration/training sessions at the proponents location based on a mutually agreed schedule. Any vendor short listed may be expected to provide the copier under consideration, for testing and evaluation for a two to four week period. Specification brochures and information would be expected to accompany the proposals. Saanich reserves the right to select machines from more than one vendor. |
