The District of Saanich Information Technology Division is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to examine our existing telephone system, recommend changes, and supply and install a new system that will bet meet our current and future needs. In addition to the basic functionality provided by the current system, the new system should: provide more resilience(redundancy) allow for growth, provide telephone services for situations that are poorly served by the current telephone system, call centre capabilities, compatible with VOIP telephone sets and can be expanded to address other corporate needs and opportunities. |
