660 sq ft (23’x22’) – Capacity up to 50
The Arbutus Room is a boardroom and is wheelchair accessible. It has a white board, ceiling mounted screen, and sink. Its uses include meetings, workshops, and birthday parties.
 Cedars Room
1600 sq ft (42’x35’) – Capacity up to 100
The Red and Yellow Cedars make up the “Cedars” and is our main preschool room, wheelchair accessible, with its own washroom, whiteboard, sink and full length wall mirrors. Its uses include meetings, workshops, birthday parties and dance practices.
Please note that the preschool equipment is NOT available for use.
 Upside Teen Lounge
 Douglas Fir Room
970 sq ft (33’x29’) – Capacity up to 75
The Douglas Fir is a preschool room, wheelchair accessible, with a whiteboard, sink and natural lighting from the north wall windows. Its uses include meetings, workshops, birthday parties, and caterer’s space for banquet functions.

 Pacific Dogwood Room
720 sq ft (22’x29’) – Capacity up to 30
The Pacific Dogwood is a preschool room, wheelchair accessible, with a whiteboard and sink. Its uses include meetings and birthday parties.

 Garry Oak Gymnasium
7,000 sq ft (97’x 73’x31’h) – Capacity up to 400, depending on use and set up; wheelchair accessible, and can be sectioned into 2 equal parts for half gym use.
It has a hardwood floor, 6 basketball hoops, 3 basketball courts (2 courts can be used simultaneously); 3 badminton courts, and 2 volleyball courts. Other sports include floor hockey, soccer, and dodge ball.
For Sport rentals: an additional fee for insurance may be charged, and wooden bladed sticks (hockey ball) are NOT permitted.
For Sport party rentals: the signing adult must remain in the gymnasium and an additional fee for insurance is applicable.
For Banquets, Receptions, and Dances: a sound system is available, and variable lighting features as well. This is the only room in the facility where alcohol is permitted. A small kitchen servery is attached to the gym, however, there are no cooking facilities available. Additional fees, if required, may be charged for Facility Attendants, Custodial, SOCAN, & insurance.
