Current Programs

Aqua Therapy

Rehabilitation Programs

Exercise Rehabilitation Programs
Customized program for at home or in our facility after an illness, injury or period of inactivity.  Ideal for chronic illnesses, post surgical rehabilitation, physical challenges, motor vehicles or work related injuries.

Contact Cassandra Zinkowski at 475-7112 for additional information.

*Please Note:  24 hours notice is required for Rehab appointment cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied.

Aquatic Exercise Therapy
Participants will learn skills necessary to incorporate into daily living.  The bouyancy reduces gravitational pull and reduces compressive forces making exercising easier.  This allows for gait retaining and strengthening exercises without causing further damage to healing structures.  Ideal for clients with low back pain, joint pain from sport or work, neurological, orthopedic, pre-post surgical procedures, chronic or acute illness or motor vehicle injury.

Contact Cassandra Zinkowski at 475-7112 for additional information.

Rehab Brochure (PDF 92KB) - to print as a brochure print page 1, re-insert your paper into your printer, and print page 2.
