Swan Creek Park

As part of Saanich Parks Trail Maintenance Program, a section of the Swan Creek Trail Trail has been identified for relocation.

The section that will be relocated is between Kent Road and Ralph Street.  This new location will improve the trail connection, the surface conditions and remove the trail from the sensitive riparian area of Swan Creek. 

This work is tentatively scheduled to begin in August, 2009  and will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. Please note that the above schedule is highly dependent on issues such as the weather and ground conditions, therefore, this may be subject to change.  The construction will involve some minor machinery and truck activity on Kent Road and Ralph Street.
