Bench and Furniture Donations

When you donate furniture the Parks Department will:

1. Order the "Standard Park Bench" or "Standard Picnic Table" manufactured by Rocky Mountain Recreation Equipment Canada Ltd.
   
   
2. Provide a bench, or picnic table, installed on a concrete pad.  The locations are available from Saanich Parks.
   
   
3. Order and mount a cast bronze plaque with suitable wording.  The wording on the plaque will not be intended to act as a memorial.

The total cost of the above is $2,558.00 for a ten year term and you will receive a tax deductible receipt.  Once a location has been confirmed, we will require a 50% deposit to initiate the process and the balance is to be provided upon completion.
